A rare mutation has appeared in the vampire community. Reaper. The vampire is so absorbed in the insatiable greed for blood that he hunts both vampires and humans, turning victims who are lucky enough to survive on their own into reapers. Now their rapidly growing population threatens the existence of vampires, and soon there won’t be enough people in the world to quench their thirst for blood. Blade, Whistler (yes, he’s back) and a weapons expert named Scud receive calls from the Shadow Council with interest.
