In Paris 2020, heroes are fully exploited in society and want to be popular at any cost. Drugs that give people a simple boost are spreading throughout the city. Lieutenant Moreau and Schaltzmann are investigating the case with the help of two former heroes, Monte Carlo and Callista. They will do whatever it takes to end the traffic. But Moreau’s past is recovering and research is becoming more complex
